Who We Are
Founded in Ohrid in 2003, VIEMI Z&Z dooel started with 20 people making corporate shirts. Today the company employs over 200 people across two plants in Ohrid and Resen, producing for European workwear, outdoor and hospitality brands. The Ohrid plant runs an Eton integrated unit production system (UPS), the only one in a garment factory in North Macedonia. Each garment travels overhead between operations without bundle handling, which shortens throughput, stabilises quality and gives traceability at piece level.
Purpose
VIEMI manufactures as CM, CMT and full-package. Customers move from tech pack to sample to production from 300 pieces per style. Production is planned and tracked in an ERP system, not on paper. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and amfori BSCI audit rating A govern how the factory is run. EUR.1 preferential origin into the EU means duty-free entry and two days by truck to most of Central Europe, four hours from the EU border.
