Manufacturing Cycle
01
Tech pack and costing
We review the customer's tech pack, fabric and trims, confirm construction details and return a costed offer with a production plan.
02
Sampling and approval
A pre-production sample is sewn on the line that will run the order. The customer approves fit, construction and finish before bulk starts.
03
Bulk production
Cutting, sewing and finishing run on five lines across Ohrid and Resen. In Ohrid, garments travel overhead on the integrated unit production system, and progress is tracked piece by piece in our ERP.
04
Final inspection and dispatch
Each order passes final inspection against the approved sample, is packed to the customer's specification and shipped with EUR.1 origin, two days by truck to most of Central Europe.
Strict Standards
Quality is checked at three points: fabric and trims at intake, in-line during sewing, and at final inspection before packing. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and amfori BSCI audit rating A govern how both plants are run, and documentation is available to customers on request.
